We sell ready-to-ship wooden eyeglass frames and wooden sunglasses. All products are described and displayed as accurately as possible, but small variations in color or texture may occur due to the natural materials used.

3. Eligibility

Our products are available to individuals residing in Canada. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders if we believe a user is violating the law or these terms.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in CAD and include applicable Canadian taxes.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit and debit cards via Stripe
  • Google Pay and Apple Pay (via Stripe)
  • PayPal
  • Direct bank/wire transfer
  • Cash on delivery (for local pickup)

Full payment is required before order processing, except in the case of local pickup.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 0 to 14 business days. We currently ship within Canada only. If delays occur, we will notify you by email.

Local pickup may be offered and must be arranged by email.

6. Warranty

All frames and sunglasses are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

  • Scratches on lenses
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper use or neglect

To make a warranty claim, contact us at rma@artefact.store with your order number and a description of the issue.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy is currently being finalized. In the meantime, please contact us at rma@artefact.store with any issues regarding your order, and we will do our best to assist you in a fair and timely manner.

8. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes or discounts. These offers may be limited in time and subject to change without notice. Only one discount may apply per order unless stated otherwise.

You may choose to create an account on our Site for easier checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access due to failure to secure your account.

10. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to use the website for:
