📦 Return & Refund Policy

At Artefact Eyewear, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund under the conditions outlined below.

🕒 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

✅ Eligible Return Reasons

We accept return requests for the following reasons:

• Sizing or fit issues
• Damaged or defective items
• Change of mind or impulse purchase
• Received an incorrect item

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be returned in its original packaging with all included components
• Include a proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

💰 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we confirm receipt and inspection of the returned item.

🔁 Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for another model, size, or style, we will gladly assist you—subject to product availability. Exchanges are processed as soon as we receive the returned item in acceptable condition.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping fees are handled as follows:

• If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is for other reasons (e.g., changed mind, sizing, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos (if applicable)
3. We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps
